# Assets

Assets tab serves as a cms tool for catalog management (enterprise users only) and exploring the output from image to 3D feature (for guest & enterprise users both). It acts as a repository, allowing enterprise users to view the assets that have been ingested into the platform with an additional capability to review the output.

### Search

This option can be used to search the records using keywords.

### SKU&#x20;

This unique record ID of all the captures along with the product name.

### Captured on&#x20;

This option shows the date and time of the Capture using the Incarnate App.

### Created by&#x20;

This option shows you details about the user who captured the scan.&#x20;

### Status&#x20;

This option shows you the Status of the output and generation of the captures.

### Type of Record&#x20;

This option shows you whether the asset is capturable, not capturable, or mesh (selected at the time of catalog ingestion under ‘Capturable?’).

### Files&#x20;

This option contains the reference link of the asset (images/PDP/mesh).

### Preview

This option can be used to view the rendered output of the scanned product

### 3D Model

This option contains the final experience link with all the interactivity (if any)

### Review

This option can be used to share feedback on the 3d models edited or created by Avataar.

#### Accept

If the output meets the requirement, this can be used to Approve it.

#### Reject

If the output doesn’t meet the criteria this can be used to reject it with detailed feedback.

#### Important:

A unique entry is created on the page each time the capture process is completed (when capture files are successfully uploaded from the app).&#x20;

Each object captured is associated with a unique record ID. The search facility allows you to search the SKU by record ID as well as capturer

The status of Render generation may be monitored from the 'Status' column. Refresh the page to update the status and to show any new captures taken since the last time
